Technologies

The CPI name is synonymous with technological innovation. From creating special materials with unique problem solving capabilities to developing breakthroughs in monitoring and analysis with Valvealert™, CPI’s handheld/on-line valve monitoring and analysis system, we are committed to proactively developing technologies that increase reliability and performance.

Special Materials
Through our groundbreaking development of Special Polymer Alloys™ which have been successfully applied into valves, piston and rod sealing components, we have revolutionized performance while achieving longer seal lives. In addition to transforming both lubricated and non-lubricated compressor operation, our Special Polymer Alloys™ have led to design developments of CPI’s radiused disc valve which is aimed at increasing reliability and efficiency.

CPI’s special materials portfolio includes:

  • CPI 184 – For use in most dry gas and non-lube applications
  • CPI 188 – Specifically for pure dry Nitrogen and Inert gases
  • CPI 192 – For higher pressure and temperature applications both lube and non-lube
  • CPI 196 – For higher pressure and temperature pure dry Nitrogen
  • CPI 113 – For non-lube oxygen (ignition tested/approved)
  • CPI 124 – For higher duty non-lube air applications
  • CPI 111 – For higher duty non-lube air applications
  • CPI 100 – For use in low-pressure lube and non-lube applications
