Compressor Products International Acquires Progressive Equipment, Inc. and Premier Lubrication Systems, Inc. 

Stafford, Texas – August 2, 2010:  Compressor Products International (CPI) is pleased to announce the acquisitions of Progressive Equipment, Inc. and Premier Lubrication Systems, Inc., industry leaders in the design and manufacture of lubrication systems for reciprocating compressors located in Houston, TX, U.S.A.

 

Along with CPI’s core products, CPI will now provide the design and application of a full range of lubrication systems and components.

 

“These acquisitions, together with the recent CC Technology acquisition, place CPI in a position to provide a wide range of lubrication products and services to fulfill customer’s needs. CPI will operate the business as CPI Lubrication – Premier and Progressive Lubrication Systems and will integrate it as part of the CPI global organization. Bobby Spadt will remain with the new organization as director of operations for the existing facility. Richard Carson, founder of Progressive Equipment and Premier Lubrication Systems, will retire.
