Compressor Products International Acquires CC Technology 

Stafford, Texas – July 30, 2010:  Compressor Products International (CPI) is pleased to announce the acquisition of CC Technology (CCT), an industry leader in the design, manufacture and installation of lubrication systems for reciprocating compressors based in Midland, TX, U.S.A.

 

Since 1994, CCT has provided lubrication services to its customers and assisted them in achieving improved reliability of the compressor lubrication system. The addition of CC Technology’s lubrication and divider block systems will expand and complement CPI’s existing product portfolio.

 

The influence of the lubrication system on CPI’s core products makes this a unique and synergistic combination. CPI has a long history of being a leader in material technology for critical sealing components; this, combined with CCT’s lubrication technology, will strengthen CPI’s position to further support compressor users.

 

CPI will operate the business as CPI Lubrication – CC Technology out of its existing headquarters in Midland, TX, and will integrate it as part of the CPI global organization.
