Compressor Products International Acquires

Total & Superior Compression Service & Supply, Inc.

 

 

Stafford, Texas – July 9, 2010:  Compressor Products International (CPI) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Total & Superior Compression Service & Supply, Inc., a business located in Gainesville, TX, U.S.A. which provides components for reciprocating engines and compressors and offers a full range of repair services.

 

“Total & Superior Compression is excited to be a part of a growing company that is not only expanding its products, services and markets served, but also expanding geographically. CPI currently offers a wide range of products and services for our industry and our capabilities complement their current growth strategy into the natural gas market,” said Steve Adams, previous owner of Total & Superior Compression.

 

Total & Superior Compression will be integrated in with CPI’s organization. The business will operate as CPI Service out of a new facility in Weatherford, TX, west of Dallas, TX. Steve Adams will continue with the new organization and will manage the service center.
