CPI Teams Up With Houston Food Bank - Houston, TX 2011
In 2011, CPI teamed up with one of the nation's largest food banks, the Houston Food Bank. CPI Stafford and CPI's Houston Lubrication Group employee's collected over 225 lbs of food. The food was donated to the Houston Food Bank for their annual holiday food drive.
 
 
Susan G.Komen Race for the Cure Houston- Houston, TX 2011 
On October 1st, 2011 CPI employees participated in Houston’s largest foot race, the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. More than 38,000 people participated including 2,000 breast cancer survivors and thousands of volunteers. With 1,473 teams registered, this non-profit organization collected $1,852,134.16 towards their goal of $3,000,000.00 for breast cancer education, screening, treatment and state of the art research. CPI contributed to the total amount by collecting $1,080.00, $580 over their team goal.
 
 
Making A Difference
At CPI we are committed to reaching out and being actively involved in our local communities. A Green Race For A Blue Planet- Galveston, TX 2011
CPI employees participated in a 5K race in Galveston, Texas on March 26th. All proceeds from the race benefited the non-profit organization, Artist Boat; located in Galveston, Texas. Artist Boat promotes awareness and preservation of coastal margins and the marine environment with help from the disciplines of the sciences and the arts.
 
 
 
 
Hemophilia Walk- Houston, TX 2010
CPI employees proudly participated in the Houston, Hemophilia Walk. The walk was put on by the National Hemophilia Foundation. Proceeds from the event went towards research, advovacy, education and helped raise an overall awareness about Hemophilia and other serious bleeding and clotting disorders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Marine Toys for Tots - Stafford, TX 2011
CPI employees standing by a collection of toys they helped gather for the Toys for Tots, toydrive. Toys for Tots is a non-profit organization sponsored by the U.S Marine Corps Reserve. The purpose of the toydrive is to collect as many toys as possible over the span of 3 months so that they can be distributed to less fortunate children in the U.S, allowing them to experience the joy of Christmas.
